Estrogen is not a controlled substance in any country. It doesn't have any capability to be abused, therefore under law, it's completely legal to purchase and possess. You aren't committing any crime by purchasing estrogen.

This also applies to anti-androgens. None of them are controlled substances and are legal to purchase and possess.

Every country has something called Customs, they control the transportation of international packages that either leaves or exits the country. They're also in charge of package security, they analyze packages and make sure there's nothing illegal in them. Since estrogen is a legal substance, uncontrolled under law it shouldn't be seized. Same applies onto anti-androgens.

However, customs in certain countries like Canada and Australia may still seize your HRT regardless. Usually they do not know what the drug is, they simply seize it because it looks shady to them. This happens mostly to packages containing pills/tablets, or packages containing the medicines in large quantities.

Customs only checks international packages. If you were to buy estrogen/anti-androgens from within your own country, called domestic sourcing, then there is zero chance of your HRT getting seized. Even then, if you buy HRT from a reputable international source there is still a low chance of it getting seized.

Estrogen isn't as potent as testosterone, it's not a guarantee for passing. Albeit it can help significantly, particularly for those whom take it during puberty. If you take estrogen amidst tanner stages 2-4 you have more room for skeletal changes to occur. Although what you should really look forward to is the prevention of further masculinization. You can read more about tanner stages here.

Not everything comes easy and effort beyond taking estrogen most likely will be required, it all depends on you.

Your male puberty can never be fully reversed. While yes, significant changes like appearance of breasts, smoother skill, decreased body hair and muscle does occur. The skeletal changes that come from male puberty like wide shoulders, angular male skull and tall stature can not be reversed.

If you have finished your male puberty also known as Tanner 5, then hold low expectations for what 'reversal' may look like.
